• Yous might be wondering, "So what the heck is this Mon Poll thing anyway?"
  Well, it isn't much of a poll. Information technology'southward more just a constantly evolving (devolving?), somewhat random list of questions I've been putting out to readers every Monday morning for the past three years, which I guess makes this somewhere around Vol. 150. I've ever enjoyed reading your answers in the comments, and I promise yous relish reading mine.
  

1. Mood:

Feeling positively slap-up because I'm finally done with Christmas shopping. All that's left to exercise is wrap, which I can go washed in the blink of an eye (I honed my skills as a souvenir wrap girl at Emporium-Capwell when I was a teenager).

2. What's your favorite winter comfort food?

Soup. It'due south warm, easy and filling. Lately separate pea'south been my jam, with butternut squash a close 2nd.

3. One small affair that ever makes you happy?

When Tabs crawls onto my chest first thing in the morning, tucks his head beneath my chin and fires up his purr motorcar. I phone call it "The Tabby Alarm Clock."

4. Three dazzler products that changed your life?

Philosophy Purity Made Elementary Ane-Footstep Facial Cleanser because it thoroughly takes everything off without stripping my skin; Clarins HydraQuench Cream because it moisturizes my hella dry face; and the Shu Uemura Lash Curler because it creates perfectly curled lashes without pinching.

5. Khaki cargo pants: stylish or faux pas?

Hmm. I'one thousand non crazy most how they look, but I'll wear them when I'm traveling or covering an event. Having attainable actress pockets comes in Really handy.

6. Favorite lip lotion?

MAC Naked Love Peel Salve. I'k gonna weep some serious tears when I run out of the stuff!

7. How exercise yous sign off on your emails?

I generally rotate between kind regards, all-time, warmly, take care and talk to you presently. Really close friends and family unit get the crazy sign offs — peace and chicken grease, discussion to Big Bird, haaay…

8. Your bag: messy or organized?

Depends on the handbag. My big "photography purse" (a Kipling pocketbook I've modified to store my camera equipment) and wristlet (where I keep keys, cards and all the important stuff) are immaculate. Everything else is another story, LOL!

9. Today's outfit?

Correct at present I'thou looking quite un-stylish, but festive, in a white pair of sweatpants, a red sweatshirt with a faux fur hood and a pair of beige knitted, genu-loftier boots.

10. Weekly goals:

Enjoy every minute of the run up to Christmas, spend at least 30 minutes every day on the treadmill (damn those macarons!) and be in bed by 10 every dark.

Five more days till Christmas, merry makers! Will yous be taking any time off this calendar week? Since I work for Tabs full fourth dimension, I'll be lucky to become 1 twenty-four hour period off, LOL!
